Welcome to ST JOSEPH THE WORKER website
WE ARE ONE OF THE LEADING SCHOOL IN TRANS-NZOIA COUNTY
The school first opened its doors in 2010, with classes ranging from E.C.D.E. to class 5.
At the end of the year 2011, we had a population of 135 pupils. At present, we have a population of 300 students.
OUR VISION
To become a leading and most preferred national school in the provision of quality, excellent, and holistic education to our pupils.
OUR MISSION
To provide a conducive environment and to offer quality, excellent, and holistic education that motivates pupils to discover their talents, thereby equipping them to fit well into society and contribute positively to nation building
OUR FOCUS
Our daily operations focus is on academic excellence, physical education, character formation, and spiritual formation.
For many years, misleading theories have been advanced, which allege that academic standards are dependent on genes that one inherits from parents. According to this school of thought, a child’s performance is determined by the parents.
However, scientific studies have discovered that the environment alone accounts for 55% of academic performance. That is why St. Joseph the Worker strives to provide an environment that is conducive for learning and exams.
